Great and simple tuscany food. Good family atmosphere, fantastic view on the hills. Friendly people.

A busy restaurant that can cope with twelve a family of three generations, including a disabled demanding child, plus friends (us) without a hitch is one to be treasured. Add a charismatic owner, 'Relax, no problem! ', making restaurant theatre, is fun as well. The staff were completely unphased by orders coming from grand pa and son at different ends and at random times. Amazing! The food is Tuscan. Great antipasto Toscana comes almost as soon as ordered, the twelve year old girls were delighted with their pasta, as was one of tehmum 's who is a veggie, and the fourteen year old boy polished off his huge Bistecca with satisfaction. Other adults enjoyed rabbit and wild boar. OK, it 's not that sophisticated, but it its extremely satisfying There were almost no delays or errors. The wines are local or more upmarket Tuscan, as you wish. I thought the cheap local stuff was great.

What a wonderful place. We are uk tourists and we were looked after beautifully. With humour and time spent with us. The owner is an absolute legend. The food is beautiful. For those reviews saying you have to pay for sides, well, that is how it works in every decent restaurant in Italy, you buy your meat then choose what you want to go with it. If you don't like it don't come to Italy. Beautiful terrace, and very nice wine. Will definitely be back
