Crave American Kitchen Sushi (west Acres Fargo)

I absolutely love this restaurant! The food is consistently outstanding and the prices are reasonable!

The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was pleasant. However, the food was just average. The caprese flatbread was delicious, while the lobster mac had good flavor, but the lobster was overcooked. My sister enjoyed the salmon, but she thought the noodles were bland, with just an oil and garlic taste. We didn't care for the **** Mary drink, as it tasted too much like chili powder for our liking. Overall, we won't be returning.

The food was decent. My daughter ordered sushi, and it was presented with dry ice, which was pretty cool. Our server was friendly, though a bit awkward, but overall she did a good job. I think they enjoyed their sushi. We had some appetizers, and I particularly liked the firecracker shrimp; it was really tasty. However, the other appetizers were rather soggy or lacked flavor. This Crave restaurant is situated in the mall, so it was quite busy. We ended up sitting near the bar, which made the atmosphere a bit louder than I would have liked.

They had staff meeting on the floor with the staff that was working. It wasn't our waitresses fault she was wonderful but there was no one to wait on tables and it took far too long to pay our bill, leaving us late for our next stop on date night. The staff meeting was held where customers could hear and see, it was very poor, planning by management. We were very disappointed with how our meal ended.
