McDonald's - Espanola

The worst McDonalds we've been to as a family in Ontario thus far.

They just can't get it right at this place....the last two visits to the drive thru and each time the order was wrong, and you don' t really find out until you are on your way. For a company that relies on drive-thru business, you really have to find a way to get it right. I hate paying for something that is incorrect.

We ordered #1 and #2 breakfast meals waited 25 minutes in drive thru and holding last 3 visits similar experience.

Its known for its central area of other convenient shops around for grocery&the famous Tim Horton's..And is close to the main hwy's.

Seems to be a lack of leadership here. Dirty restaurant and the orders are wrong often. We ordered a Big Mac with bacon, no bacon. Also ordered a salad, no salad.
