Wendy's - Espanola

I ordered English muffins with egg and cheese at this restaurant. The muffins were delicious, but when I asked for them to be remade, it took quite a long time for them to prepare it again.

Everything in that restaurant is filthy. The containers were disgusting, garbage was overflowing, and the floor was dirty. The lady working there had a back problem - what is wrong with you people?

Filthy is the first word that comes to mind for this place. The ladies washroom is dirty. The stalls and toilets are rusted. Not sure when someone cleaned it last as there was hand towels and toilet paper all over. The mop and pail are left out in the main area. It smells and the pail is in desperate need of cleaning. The floor needs to be replaced. The staff are not all in uniforms and they are talking to each other about their social life while I stand there waiting to place an order. I could go on and on but you get what I am saying.

I ordered a wrap that was filled with extremely dry, chicken that tasted as if it had been sitting out for days. I was very disappointed with my meal, to say the least.

Depending o the time of day and time of year, it's either really fast or really slow. It's located on highway 17 at the Espanola turn off.
