Sheetz - Ephrata

Normally, if I order a salad from Sheetz, it is amazing. This time I'm not sure what happened, but my bowl was less than half full and missing ingredients. I built my own salad and added crispy chicken. It came to $10 for a small salad with barely salad or toppings. I have to go back to the app sampler that article is pretty hard to screw.

Went into get 3 chicken snack wraps. Should have taken 5 min. I get to the register and am told it?s a 30 min wait. There was one other person in the store. Was told it was because of online orders. I said to the cashier ? i?m in your store here and now and it will only take a few minutes to make my order?. Was told it didn?t matter I had to wait. What type of horrible customer service is that!?! I remember why I stopped going to sheets until recently. Ended up at Taco Bell across the street getting more food for half the price. Found my new snack spot when I?m traveling to Ephrata.

Great convenient location by the highway junction. Not busy with cars past 11pm but anytime before that everyone seems to come here all at once. I like that there's seating indoors and a few tables outside. Cleanliness outside isn't 100% all the time but I've observed that to come from the customers but it is what it is. Good management inside. A rather popular place for MTO ordering. Sometimes there's a line waiting for food. Maybe a trucker or two may pull in to grab something to eat, or unload gas, or go around the building to turn around. Overall it's a good safe place to stop for gas, get food, snacks, drinks, use restroom after driving by on a trip.

I keep promising myself that I won’t eat here again, yet here I am. They charge nearly $10 for what appears to be a side salad. Unfortunately, both the portion sizes and the quality of the food have really declined.

The staff is consistently friendly, and I can grab what I need and leave in under five minutes. I used to prefer Turkey Hill, but now I've switched my loyalty to Sheetz!
