Bright's - Ephrata

The instant mashed potatoes were lackluster, and the chargrilled chicken had an unusual taste. However, my son did enjoy the broasted chicken. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning, as I found the prices to be excessively high for what seemed like pre-made and possibly previously frozen food. I would have mentioned my concerns to the staff, but since we ordered takeout, they were closed by the time we got home. Ultimately, I ended up throwing my meal away. On a positive note, there were plenty of parking spaces available.

I went for breakfast and had a fantastic experience. The service was prompt, and the food was delicious. I will definitely return!

I visited Bright's for the first time today, and I was really impressed. The service was not only friendly but also very accommodating. The Chicken Corn Noodle Soup was absolutely delicious! I also tried a garden salad with added shrimp, and our server even offered to add extra veggies to it, which was fantastic! What truly stood out to me was the great quality of the food in relation to the low prices and generous portion sizes. Keep up the excellent work! Thank you for such a wonderful and welcoming dining experience!

I wish they would update their menu on the website. I was quite disappointed to find out when ordering take out they only had the sausage gravy over biscuits on Friday’s. Even though through the website you can order it at anytime.
