Roba's Pizza Cafe - Emeryville

A hidden gem! This cozy family-owned restaurant in the Watergate complex (accessible via the street from the Emeryville Fire Department) serves fantastic pizza. While it's a small and somewhat out-of-the-way spot, the owner is warm and welcoming. My personal favorite is the Mediterranean pizza, which I like to customize by swapping out the sausage for beef. They also offer a nice selection of pasta dishes and calzones, all done exceptionally well. Give it a try!

The best Margherita pizza I've had in the Bay Area! I was absolutely thrilled with it! I devoured the entire pizza in one delicious sitting and will definitely return for more. The restaurant is owned and run by a lovely family.

Delicious Italian food prepared by a lovely family. The pizza was amazing, and the pasta portions were HUGE! We can’t wait to return. You absolutely have to visit this place! They also offer a great selection of beer and wine.

Best pizza for the best price in the Bay Area. The dough is perfectly baked if you like it crusty and crispy. Many different options and huge portions. Ready in about 30 minutes. or less. Had a graduation party there. Same owner since 1992. Very personal.

Nice casual spot for a solid meal. This meal was a great value I think I paid $20 for the salad and chicken and shrimp pasta plates in the pics and a drink. Plates were really big and filling. Would definitely return!
