I attempted to meet someone here for breakfast, but they weren't open during their advertised hours, and their sign didn't specify when they would be open.

This is an excellent spot for a sandwich. I've visited twice, and both times the food has been fantastic and the service outstanding. The staff is very friendly and generous with the toppings. The sandwiches are hearty and filling. I've tried the Thai boba and the strawberry cream drinks, and both were delicious. I highly recommend this place. They also have a stamp card; collect 10 stamps, and you can get a free drink!
