I enjoyed the food, the portion sizes were generous, and the prices were reasonable. I placed my order online, but it wasn’t prepared until I arrived, which was a bit frustrating because I had to wait. However, the food was hot when I left, so it’s not a major complaint. I’d suggest having a separate line for online orders, as it would streamline the process. The whole point of ordering online is to avoid waiting. On a positive note, the staff was friendly, quick, and efficient with both my order and those of other customers at that time. Plus, there were no hidden fees!

I had to wait for the honey walnut shrimp, but it was worth it. I appreciate that it was never an issue for me. The service was excellent, and whenever I'm in Richmond, I make it a point to visit this place before heading back to Berkeley. A little tip: bring your own metal water bottle to keep your drinks cool. Also, I always request extra sauce and I like to bring home plastic bags for reuse. I'm really grateful for days like this—thank you, God, for life and the ability to enjoy a meal. I encourage everyone to save wisely! In my next review, I plan to test a theory: Is the food and customer service consistently good here? Stay tuned for my next visit!

The food at this restaurant is what you would expect from Panda Express—pretty typical. However, the staff is always friendly and hardworking. It's a decent choice if you're looking for quick Chinese fast food.
