Merlinos Pizza - East McKeesport

The restaurant has undergone a dramatic change, particularly in regards to their wings. However, they need to be reminded to cook their food properly as I experienced uncooked chicken. I was surprised to encounter this issue. I ordered take out for dinner and would rate the food a 3, service a 4, and atmosphere a 3.

I placed a walk-in order around 8:20 pm and waited about half an hour for our food. When our order finally arrived, it was incorrect and we were not offered any compensation for the inconvenience. We had to make a nearly 40-minute round trip back to the restaurant with food we did not want. It was a terrible experience and I would not recommend this restaurant. I will not be returning as a customer. Takeout service for dinner. Service rating: 0/10.

The restaurant has not been the same since the renovation. The service was for take-out dinner, with a price range of $10 to $20 per person. The food and service both received a 1 rating, while the atmosphere was rated a 2.

We order from merlino’s all the time, it is our go-to pizza place! The food is always great, service is good and food always arrives quickly! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
