Osmow's Shawarma - East Gwillimbury

I love their shawarma! It's always consistent, and I know what to expect each time. I’m really impressed with the recent renovations and branding—Osmow's is becoming a fantastic franchise. However, my last sandwich was a bit salty, so I hope they address that. That’s why I’m giving it 3 stars instead of 4 or 5. I’ll update my review based on my future visits. Overall, I really like Osmow's!

I ordered 2 Shawarma beef and It was the worth food I ever had. I told the guy I don?t want any spice but it was the hottest food ever.I couldn?t even eat my dinner after my first bite! It looks like the guy who prepared my food didn?t pay attention tomy order.

I?ve been to 20+ locations. This one is absolutely garbage. Portion, staff, nothing is upto standard. Avoid if you can.

I've tried the food at a few different Osmow's locations, and this one is among the better ones. I ordered the Chicken Kebab Ozbox, and both the chicken and rice were tasty. The vegetables in the salad were also fresh. I would highly recommend this location.

I used to visit this restaurant frequently, but today I was disappointed to find that they are serving half the portion sizes while charging the same prices. They claim it's due to inflation, but I find that unfair since inflation affects everyone, not just them. It's not right to shortchange customers like this. I won’t be returning or supporting a business that engages in such dishonest practices.
