El Jalapeno Grill - Danville

The food was fantastic! The service was exceptional. Jaime was incredibly kind to stay open for us. Although the Zabihah app indicated they would be open until 9, their new weekday hours had them closing at 8. We came from Chicago and were starving. Jaime kept the restaurant open for us and even had the chef whip up some fresh nachos along with a variety of salsas. While it is primarily a Mexican restaurant, they also offer an American menu that includes Halal burgers and fries, perfect for our children. I ordered the burrito, which was enormous and even had fried halal beans without lard. Everything was made with high-quality, fresh ingredients. Make sure to go hungry and you'll leave full! Highly recommended!
