Tim Hortons - Cookstown

Came back to adjust my review from 2 stars to 1. Very unorganized, messy, does not feel clean, arrogant manager.

Rude staff, always out of things in morning. Drive thru staff are super unhelpful and rude.

Yesterday it was a 17 minutes wait in the drive through just to get the wrong order and an iced coffee without sugar. Today was told they don't have hazelnut cold brew (it's on the sign, how can you not carry it? so I ordered vanilla, but just got two sugarless ice coffees. Avoid this tims at all costs.

They had run out if most items, the cheese twists were over, no savory pastry either nor were the items on offer available either. The server was nice and tried to recommend other options. The men's washroom was very unclean.Just had a coffee here.

The staff just doesn’t care about customer service and the food wasn’t properly prepared.As a company in the middle of no where hidding really.. the staff should be friendlier, and better at making your order.
