フィードバックを提供するThis place used to be amazing, but I'm not sure what happened. The kitchen seems dirty, and three customers, including me, complained about the long wait. The staff appeared confused. There was one staff member, a very tall guy, who was super polite and apologetic. I was disappointed to see a once-great restaurant now looking so terrible and unclean.
The dishes were excellent and served hot. The kitchen is well-staffed with chefs. However, it would be beneficial to have two cash registers to assist with the counter and dining area, as it's quite a lot for one person to handle alone.
I visited one of the California locations, and I recall that the large orders used to come with a lot more food. I ordered the Korean Spicy Beef, which was delicious, but I was disappointed by how small the portion was. I didn't realize this until I got home. Additionally, there was a dent in the bowl, which made me feel like there was a lack of care in preparing my order. While the food tasted good, I was definitely let down by the portion size.
I had a big problem with Uber did not eat me back for a canceled order after 6 seconds of the order and recognized it was in the wrong place. I was $40 and had no food yet. Logan answered the phone and heard my problem and helped me with my food. I am so grateful for his amazing customer service! I am a huge Noodles Co fan, but now I am a Raving fan for not only her food, but her practices and customer service as a company! So grateful for this experience!!!
It took a long time to get our food when we did the meatballs were caked with burnt sauce the spicy Korean beef noodles didn't taste good. The only thing that my daughter I finished enjoyed were the potstickers.
