Man could the Devine st location learn something from this group of staff!!! The cheese steaks are totally so different level here then over on rosewood little farther ride but totally worth it! And the staff are great too let you know when they don?t have anything and offer to refund! Definitely only one I?ll be going to from

Horrendous customer service! If I could give zero stars, I would. I came in on my lunch break and 4 people were working. No one said anything to me. I spoke and no one spoke back. I spoke louder, at which time a guy looked up, said hey as if I was annoying him, and quickly put his head back down. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt that they are all busy, even though I?m the only customer in there. After about 10 min (and yes, I should have walked out at this time, but being short on lunch, I did not), another guy walks in. Everyone acknowledges him and a girl proceeds to take his order, at which time I stated to her that I had been waiting to place an order. She then tried to say she didn?t see me. Okay, but the other worker did and I spoke loudly. After I stated that, she tried to say she thought I was here for a pickup. Okay, don?t you still need to acknowledge me and give me my order, if that was the case? After finally making my sub, she throws it on the counter. I don?t like confrontation, but I also don?t like rudeness and disrespect. If you don?t have proper customer service, don?t work in an environment that requires it! To the owner and manager of this particular Jersey Mike?s, please train your employees on how to deliver a better customer service experience.

Horrible Customer service. The girls behind the counter were so rude and refused to communicate with one another. One girl asked the other girl about an order and she just rolled her eyes and said I don?t know. Customers were left waiting almost 30 minutes for a sandwich.
