Fresh, fast Chick-fil-A can't be beat! Very busy location near very busy intersection. Close to the highway and mall. Newer store built in 2023. Parking is free. Parking lot is a bit tight and small. As much as I hate to give Chik Fila a bad rating, because overall they are a wonderful fast food chain, I simply cannot allow this to slide on. As much as I don't care, this special Chik-Fila just doesn't get it. I have complained a lot of times regarding the part of the service given to several orders. These include Mac and Cheese and French Pommes. I wouldn't spend 20 minutes to write a review about a $2-$3 dollar article. There must be a practice in this particular place that the servicing of these objects should be only 2/3rds full. The picture is the complete truth and honesty of what is served. This is a management problem that was clearly not addressed after numerous complaints. This is a clear indication that the management team is after winning or there is no attention to detail in training the kitchen. I don't know, except that the fries fall on the road, as the order is handed over to me in the car drive thru, but missing 1/3. is unacceptable. Chik fila is a Christian society, but this place has mastered? Theft from the customer base. This has become unacceptable. I cannot keep the management informed at any other visit. My next step is to send a video of the meal that will be handed over to companies that they can see that no changes have been made to the portion. I hope management sees this review and starts to really take care of the customer instead of the profit margin held by consistent customers after thousands of transactions. This location in Colombia has to be investigated.
