Buffalo Wild Wings - Columbia

The food was excellent, but the service model needs improvement. We waited longer for a table than it took for others to come in, place their orders, and leave with their meals. There was no distinction between dine-in customers and those picking up takeout. Although it was a busy night, there were visible tables available, even when taking social distancing into account. As soon as they acknowledged our need for a table, we were seated—20 minutes after we arrived. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the food was fantastic. It was just a rather frustrating start to our visit.

To make matters worse, one of my orders was completely incorrect, and when my food finally arrived, it was terrible. I had ordered a chicken quesadilla that was so overcooked and hard that I had to send it back. I didn’t want to wait another 30 minutes for a replacement, so I just decided not to reorder anything. My husband and son ordered wings, and they were equally disappointing—dry and burnt (I've attached a picture). The waiter also didn’t offer us any refills on our water, which is frankly unbelievable. When I finally received the check, it was wrong, and I had to wait even longer for that to be corrected. I’ve always loved BWW, but I will never return to this location again. I strongly recommend that you avoid it as well unless you’re looking for bad service and poor food. It was such a waste of money tonight.

I ordered the 10 boneless wings bundle, and my receipt confirmed it. The bag even indicated that a staff member had checked my order. However, when I got home and opened it up, I found just 5 bone-in wings instead. I called the restaurant and was put on hold for 20 minutes. When the manager finally spoke to me, they said I could expect a refund in 8 to 9 days. It's now been two weeks, and there's still nothing on my credit card statement. I've disputed the charge and will not be returning. If you like wings that have been sitting under a heat lamp for six hours and are completely soaked in sauce, then this place might be for you!

Despite the COVID-19 regulations, the staff here continue to be professional and friendly. The service is consistently excellent, and the courtesy shown by the team is commendable. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Buffalo Wild Wings has definitely improved. The customer service was outstanding, and the food was spot on and delicious.
