Boston Market - Columbia

It's chicken... kinda hard to screw up. Had the rotisserie variety with some potatoes. Good quality meal for fast casual. My issue is supply chain... no diet drinks of any kind. That's not on the employees, but for people not wanting the sugar (yeah, the diet stuff isn't much better for you. I get it! . There were a few other items removed.

We went there at dinner time on a Saturday and the wait time to order was longer than 20 minutes. The facility seemed dirty and the service was equally bad, servers were rude. I had ordered country fried chicken with white sauce but they gave me without the sauce and the rice was old and hard to chew. We had also ordered Nashville Hot Sandwiche that had water like consistency mayo on it.Never going back to the location

One of the few Boston Market locations still in operation, this restaurant exceeded my expectations. I placed an online order, and it was ready even earlier than the designated time. Remember to bring your vouchers when you order! The restaurant is very clean and situated in a spacious shopping center, with friendly staff to welcome you. Inside, there’s plenty of seating, and they also have a drive-thru available. My meal was perfectly prepared and completely accurate. I highly recommend this place—the food is excellent, and it’s conveniently located right off the main roads.

Don't be concerned; this place is nearly empty and has such a small staff that they can only serve one meal per hour. I spent over an hour driving there, only to discover that they serve rice and have a strange interpretation of what a chicken sandwich is—one that sounds more like mac and cheese. The last time I managed to get food, it wasn’t what I ordered, and I wasn’t able to reach anyone before they closed, which was two hours later. At this rate, they can’t sell enough food to even cover their electricity bill. It’s a pity because the food actually tastes pretty good—if you can manage to get any.

I rate this place two stars because the staff were friendly and the setting was pleasant. However, the food was served cold, the chicken was dry, and the dining room was cluttered with boxes, giving it a storage-like appearance. To make matters worse, the dining room was very cold. I hope this was just an off day for them.
