Black Olive Family Diner - Columbia

I had a great experience at the restaurant! I ordered my food to go and realized I forgot my coffee. An employee kindly came outside in the rain to bring it to me.

The portions were exceptionally large, and while the food was decent, I could have chosen something better than the turkey and stuffing—it didn’t quite meet my mom's standards. It seems they compensate for this by serving really hefty servings. Did I mention how oversized the portions are? I easily could have shared a dish with my wife instead of ordering separately.

By a mile the best diner in Lancaster county. Food is delicious, portions are massive, and the prices are very reasonable. Service is always very fast and friendly.

I was so excited to try the salmon from here. I ordered through GH and when it came the first thing I noticed was there was a decent sized fly/bug in my soup. It made me very wary to try anything else in my order but the salmon was decent.

Open face beef is probably the best I've had in a long time!
