The place and setting are very formal for a fairly casual crowd in general. The service, perhaps somewhat ceremonious but very good. The lighting and music are very suitable for a relaxed evening. The food is very rich and the dishes extremely abundant, the menu is very varied, for all tastes. Their Traditional Wedge is delicious and gigantic. The stuffed crab, although it is not always available, is a must and is presented very spectacularly. The Sweet Chili Glazed Salmon was great and perfectly cooked. It also has a great selection of cocktails and a huge wine list. The desserts are great! In particular, the Crème Brûlée and a meringue cake that is also gigantic.
