Starbucks - Castro Valley

The baristas are nice here but painfully slow!! Even when you order on the app you still have to wait! I think they need about 2 more ovens because there's always an especially long wait for food.

Lia was extremely rude and unprofessional and needs a refreshment on customer service. I ordered online and other customers drinks came out before mine did. I was watching her take her time and hold my drink in her hand for a few minutes while she spoke with her coworkers ans set the drink right next to her not even on the pick up section. She wouldn't give me a refund and said it was store policy for her bad service. She only gave me a $4 card. I'm coming back to speak with the real manager not high school kids.

The only downside is the limited parking options. Otherwise, the service is excellent and the drinks are well-crafted.

Super nice and friendly staff, I only WISH that there was more parking outside (about a dozen parking spots)!! Ugh... The location is on the corner of a very busy intersection, including the store has a few other business in the same small shopping center; makes parking almost possible!!

Efficient ordering from barista. Verified our order by reading our order back to us. Made just the way we ordered our beverages. Parking lot is too small for this popular location.
