Mcdonald's - Cary

I ordered a large mango pineapple smoothie, and the young man at the drive-thru told me, "That's a large; that's just how they look." He said nothing could be done about it. I will not be returning to this location, as there are many other McDonald's options available. Food rating: 1/5.

Lobby and bathroom was so dirty. Understand they are short staffed and working hard to get the food out on time. Manager was doing what she could. The service was fine and food was normal Micky Ds.Food: 4/5

Got here an underoccupied neighborhood paw, so unnecessary to say I will stay away from this place

I usually stop by this restaurant for reliable service, but tonight was a different story. They mixed up my order and the staff member at the window was rude and confrontational. She dismissed my concerns and even suggested that I, a math teacher, couldn’t count. In fact, she miscalculated my order and refused to involve the manager. When I escalated the issue, the manager responded with swearing instead of addressing the rude behavior of her staff. After the confrontation, I made sure to point out the mistakes, and she finally corrected my order. I understand that finding good help is challenging, but the quality of service here leaves a lot to be desired. If you decide to dine here, make sure to double-check your order before leaving.

We only enjoyed our meal after bringing it home. Fortunately, the drive-thru was not busy when we visited, and the staff were very friendly and efficient in taking our order. However, I did notice that the packaging for our two delicious breakfast items didn't include napkins or utensils like a knife and fork. They also forgot to provide sugar, cream, or a spoon for the coffee.
