El Amigo Mexican - Cary

This restaurant is fantastic! The service is quick, the food is delicious, and the staff is outstanding. It's reasonably priced, and everything we've ordered is true to the authentic flavors I grew up with. You absolutely have to give it a try!

The empanadas are excellent—light and fluffy. The chicken mole tamales are delicious as well! The carne asada burrito was good, too. It had rice in it, which I didn't particularly care for, but the flavor was fantastic.

This is a fantastic little Mexican restaurant. I tried the tacos al pastor, lengua tacos, and a steak sope, and everything was delicious. The staff is excellent, and you can tell they put a lot of effort into their food. However, the ambiance could use some improvement. They have a spacious outdoor seating area, and the location is great. If the food is good, I can almost overlook the rest. Definitely give it a try!

I had 3 different types of tacos and plantains and they were all delicious! service was fast and eat well price. highly recommended.

If you are looking for authentic meals at a reasonable price and a comfortable atmosphere, look no further than El Amigo. Definitely for foodies who like food with flavor. Will be back again!
