I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. My order was incorrect, which didn’t help an already frustrating situation that included rudeness and laziness from staff. I arrived around 6:00 AM looking for a quick meal, but as I approached the front door, a worker who was smoking outside informed me that the system was down, the dining room was closed, and they were about to lock the doors. However, when I drove around to the drive-thru window, I could see a fully operational point-of-sale system inside. This shows that the employee at the door was not telling the truth and clearly didn’t want to do her job properly. If the regional manager is wondering why this location is struggling to make a profit during the dinner service, this is the reason.
There was a young employee who appeared to be new and tried to assist, but he seemed unsure of what to do. I hope he receives the support and training he needs. Despite the mix-up with my order, the food I received was not fresh and didn’t meet my expectations. Overall, I can't recommend this restaurant. Friendly service makes a big difference, and I did not receive even a single smile or thank you from the staff.
Absolutely terrible. sampled order on the thru running gear because the position was closed from the outside. Drive-Thru person was extremely rude and snoring. if you want a good customer service, go next to Chick-fill-a.
I just opened my whopper and was about to take a bite when I noticed there was plastic sticking out of it. I am beyond upset.
