Carbon Grill - Cabo San Lucas

The surf turf 2 was fabulous! We had the filet mignon sea bass with grilled vegetables. The steak was cooked perfectly. The presentation was great we had our own personal charcoal grill on the table to keep everything warm as we ate. We visited this restaurant twice while staying on site, and ordered the same thing, would recommend. Also, the brownie was a delicious end to our meal!

Walked all they way there from the marina, just to find out its open only to resort residents, poor customer service. stay away Meal type: Dinner

The chef was very gracious at Carbon and grilled a fish we had caught earlier in the day for us!...

While excited to try this unique experience, the actual product was less than desired. While in a beautiful location, the food was tasteful, but in a huge quantity...and pricey. We had the lobster special...lobster only OK, a bit tough, and not worth the money. Service quite slow, at times we felt invisible, and while staff was pleasant, not extremely attentive to our needs. Overall, a lot of money for an unremarkable meal...not terrible, but not worth over $230.
