Taco Bell - Burtonsville

I would like to know why, when I order at the kiosk and select the option to pay at the counter, my order isn't started right away. I'm sitting here waiting while customers who arrive after me are able to place their orders and pay at the counter before anyone even checks on my order. The employee later informed me that my order wasn't ready yet.

A black woman with her hair in a high pony tail served me today. I forgot to ask her name but she was SO nice. She made sure my food was perfect and filled my drinks up (instead of leaving them 75% filled). She offered me a bag and cup holder and overall was so polite. I NEVER tip but today i wish i had cash to tip her (i thought about giving her a box of candy i had lol). I’m going to go back and tip her.Despite ordering ahead on mobile, i had to wait a little bit for food. But i didn’t even care because she was so polite about it.Would go back just for her. Thank you, mystery woman.

This restaurant is close to my home, but my experience with it hasn't been great. The food is overly heavy with cream, and I can't quite understand the purpose behind that. It feels like cream is used as a replacement for fresh ingredients that should be included in the dishes. I’ve noticed this issue during multiple visits, and it's quite disappointing. I really hope that this location can make some improvements and elevate the quality of their food.

When I finally reached the cashier to place my order, the experience was decent. It seemed like they preferred for customers to use the self-checkout, but I declined. I prefer not to take on that responsibility, especially since I’m not being compensated for it.

My hard Taco broke in half when I opened the wrapper. Fortunately, I was able to overlap the halves and continue eating without making a mess.Parking: Surrounded by the shopping center parking lot.
