Coach House Restaurant & Bar - Brighton

I've given it a zero rating as , having booked a few days prior, and received 2 confirmation emails, when we arrived the place was closed. Building rubble in the courtyard and the doors padlocked. What a disappointment. Not impressed

The restaurant has been closed due to bankruptcy for weeks, which your website regretted to advise me of so my business colleagues had to find somewhere else to take our clients for lunch! Not the greatest first impression!

This is Close and you did not tell me. And it was for my Partners Birthday. So we were not happy. Don’t think I will just Open table again

Our table for two was made up and took slightly longer than you would expect as it was quiet. They had run out of orange juice in the bar at 6.15pm which was strange. The food was good. The hake and sea bass were perfectly cooked and delicious.

Extremely average food within a cosy little pub/restaurant. Service was great, came with a smile and very accommodating. The food is a huge let down, very average almost school dinner type food. Surprised how much we paid, considering this was not in a city center. It was very pretty inside with a nice little outdoor beer garden. My advice would be to go for drinks not for food.
