I order the beet and basil satay almost every time I visit this restaurant!
I tried this dish at the large vegan camp out and absolutely loved it!
Whenever we are in Brighton, we always make sure to stop by Happy Maki. They even offer catering at festivals! The sushi wraps are really tasty, and I particularly enjoyed the flower cabbage side dish. Can't wait to visit again soon!
I popped in after work and bought two rolls to take away. They were delicious. Very friendly service and good price. Updated from previous review on 2018-04-09
