Buffalo Wild Wings Bossier City

Waited two hours for food. They gave me the wrong order. They gave me a compensation discount for my next meal. When I used it the next day, they gave me the exact same wrong order again. Waitress and manager were both very polite and understanding, but the kitchen is simply not paying attention.

A really good B-Dubs. Kept nice and clean, the food is good quality, never get an order wrong on big carry-out orders! Service can be slow; no fault to them, just noticeably understaffed. Doesn't make the place any less great for a big game day gathering!

So we eat here several nights a week. We are currently reevaluating that. Tonight there are two non-gentlemen screaming...literally screaming at the tv. They are disturbing the entire restaurant...no one has said anything. Its obnoxious. We cant hear eachother talk over the sware words and screaming. There are families here. Maybe you could ask these overserved customers to keep it down? Im sure their combined $7 tip made the bartenders day.

Took 45 mins for the server to bring us our drinks. Then it took over and hour to bring out my salad. The server never asked us if we wanted refills of our drinks. The service here has really changed and I don't think I will be back.

It was good being able to grab some wings and watch football with the boys on a Monday night.
