Starbucks - Boone

Stephanie is fantastic! She always remembers my drink order and makes it perfectly every time. Plus, she remembers my name, which adds a special personal touch to my visits.

There's a woman who works in the mornings, and she's over 40 years old. She makes the best coffee I've ever tasted! I recently moved away, so I can no longer enjoy her delicious brews. If you're in the area, be sure to stop by for a cup from her and skip the long lines at the other Starbucks nearby!

The customer service is exceptional, and the quality of the food is excellent. All staff members are following COVID-19 safety protocols.

The service at this location is quite slow. I waited around 30 minutes just to get a cup of coffee. Despite having three staff members on duty, only one was preparing drinks, which was frustrating considering the long line of customers waiting for their orders. There's a clear need for improvement in the efficiency of this operation.

The coffee I ordered was spot on, but the baristas were a bit slow and seemed to be more focused on chatting with each other. Additionally, the checkout counter and card reader could definitely use some cleaning!
