Starbucks - Boone

This location is extremely slow...I waited for about 30 minutes...for a cup of coffee. There are 3 people working but only one is making drinks even though the line was long and a lot of people were waiting for their drinks. The process in this location desperately needs to be streamlined.

Coffee order was en point but the baristas were slow (and chatting too much with one another) and the checkout counter and card reader we're filthy!

4-Star review only because of the long lines that form here because it is within a Harris Teeter. They have most the ? coffee menu items, ???? pastries, and drinkware, however. The parking lot is ? handicap accessible, with accessible aisles, and restrooms.

Great customer service and great products. All staff are adhering to covid prevention protocol.

Stephanie is the best knows the drink I want and makes it exactly right ever time.. She knows me by name too so makes it great as well
