Subway - Boise

The new hero bread was great. Didn't raise my blood sugar. Hope they keep it. Staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean and nice.

I was truly impressed by the customer service I received tonight. Usually, when I arrive at a restaurant close to closing time, the staff tends to be a bit impatient or lack enthusiasm, which is completely understandable. However, that was not the case this evening. The team leader, Damien, not only made the two sandwiches I ordered perfectly, but he also engaged me in pleasant conversation. I was genuinely taken aback by his kindness and professionalism. It’s experiences like this that encourage customers to find reasons to return regularly. As a lone Mandalorian once said, “This is the way.” I must say, tonight, Subway on Eagle and McMillan truly showed that it is the subWAY. Thank you, Damien!

It's your typical Subway, but since I live nearby, I often stop in for the hero bread. I have to say, the staff here are fantastic! They're always friendly and pleasant, which is a nice change these days. I wanted to give them a shout-out. Even the teenagers who work there are nice! Plus, it’s always clean, which is a big bonus!

We placed our order around 1:40 PM on Saturday, January 29th, 2022, and we absolutely loved our experience! Although we didn't catch the employee's name, he was very friendly. Even when we ordered 15 cookies, he didn’t seem annoyed at all. He was one of the nicest employees I've ever encountered at a Subway, and we will definitely be returning to satisfy our cookie cravings!
