Lindin - Blaskogabyggd

The restaurant offers primarily meat-based dishes, but they also have a fantastic vegan tomato soup. It is located next to the Fontana baths and is right on the Golden Circle route.

I visited this restaurant in September 2010 and absolutely enjoyed the food. It was the best vegetarian meal I have ever had (I am vegetarian when traveling outside of the USA, instead of my usual vegan diet). The food was amazingly fresh!

We really enjoyed the ambiance of this restaurant and its peaceful setting. The vegetarian menu was fantastic, offering a wide variety of options that were beautifully presented. The chef, who is partially vegetarian themselves, even provided us with a list of other vegetarian restaurants in Reykjavik to try. While it may be a bit on the pricier side, the quality of the food makes it well worth the cost.

I went there september and loved eating. best vegetarian meal I ever had (I am vegetarian while I am outside the usa, instead of my normal vegan). amazingly fresh!
