If allowed on here for a non-vegan place I would give it 5 stars. Amazing experience. Eco, sustainable tomato greenhouse that serves mostly the local community. Only had a quick stop on part of a guided tour via the golden circle but was my favourite stop of the day. Tomato soup was lovely #Veganuary

We only tried the tomato soup because our tour bus made a quick stop here, really glad that it did because it was one of our favourite places that we ate in Iceland.

This is one-of-a-kind bistro located inside a greenhouse where tomatoes and basil grows. There are two vegan potions in the menu: The tomato soup buffet (watch out so you don't accidentally take bread baked with cow cheese on it!! and a green pesto tortilla. My husband and I had both, and we were both very happy with the food we picked. They also offer a tomato beer which we would have tried had we not come in a car and with a child. A non-alcoholic tomato beer option would have been much appreciated! Note that you need to book a table weeks ahead of your planned visit.

I really love the concept of this restaurant greenhouse. The food itself was amazing, there's plenty of vegan options and all are incredible.
