フィードバックを提供するPulled up to the drive thru menu so that the kids in my vehicle could choose what kind of blizzard they wanted. Asked for a few seconds to decide. Once they had decided (maybe 45 seconds) I let the lady know over the speaker we were ready and she proceeded to yell at us. Not once were any of us in the vehicle rude or unkind. I'll take my money elsewhere.
The soft portion is icy not creamy. They don't understand what a children's cone is, even though they sell it.
This place is terrible. Busted speaker and she couldnt hear so she made us turn our car off to order. Its like 180 degrees outside and we had to cut out car off to order food. We had to repeat ourself 30 million times and I hate people that keep saying anything else every 60 seconds. Like bruh let people talk and finish their order and tell you when they are finished. Waited 10 minutes and drove off with no food because clearly only 1 person works there.
Worst DQ ever? Yea so far. Drive thru designed so that only 1-2 vehicles can order and then the line goes into the road. Waited 20 minutes to move forward enough to order before deciding to just leave because you might as well go sit down at a restaurant if you're going to wait that long
I visited this place when it was quite busy, but the staff was quick, friendly, and professional! Although there was a decent line, they managed to keep everything running smoothly. They deserve recognition for their excellent work; they're really doing an outstanding job!
