Little Caesars Pizza - Big Rapids

This location is one of the best I've been to for making Little Cesar's pizza. It's never over or undercooked. Having to constantly use the drive-thru to pick up my order is an inconvenience.

They do good but during the school year often get swamped. But my pizza always taste great ? it always looks nice too!

Great cheap pizza. Sometimes tastes a little to salty but that hasn't been a problem for me over the last month. First little caesers I've seen with a drive thru!

Constructive criticism, this policy of not letting people get the food out of the pizza portal and go through an hour long drive through line has to change. It takes 0 workers time for me to type 3 numbers into a machine. Here is the solution, drive through and pizza portal only. You add one extra printed sign on your door. You encourage your customers to order online and people come and get their food when it is ready. No employee interaction except making the food. This is a more efficient use of your workers time, and creates a better customer experience. This is how all other fast food restaurants have run through this pandemic. Including other Little Caesars. I hope this is seriously considered, the pizza portal is such a unique tool that most restaurants don't have access to, why limit the best tool you have? I will gladly remove my review when you fix this.

They are good for what they calculate for just a few dollars you can eat quickly and it seems app really good to work!!
