Panera Bread - Big Rapids

Panera Bread is the type of Resturaunt that would complete your rainy summer days / nights! Your coffee and food is always punctual, they are friendly and remember their guest and welcome them with cordial greetings! You are always easy with suggestions for a new food or drink that you have not tried! Come to Panera in Big Rapids and try the new Spicy Take or Signature Sandwich! I have and it is very delicious!

The chicken sandwich was a little dry compared to what it appeared to be on television. The prices were a little steep, but good service and excellent staff.

Went in to get a good hard crust sourdough bread , left with that loaf, a whole wheat loaf, 2 bear paws, and cherry and cheese pastry ring, it happens every time I go there. The bread was great and so was the pastries.

The people who serviced me are absolutely amazing and the atmosphere inside is very calm and spacious. The food is completely overpriced though. I've never been great about putting on a face and hiding within society. So when the girl in the drivetru asked how my day was going I responded as I felt which was pretty miserably. It's easy to just say “aww I'm sorry to hear that” but today I was greeted with a cookie and a heart warming message to remind me that although this is a corporation it is also filled with human beings who can bring life into any 4 walled structure.
