I’ve gone to Veritech plenty of times to get my phones repaired over the years and Chris has always been excellent. Recently he had to order a piece for my phone camera, he communicated well keeping me updated and fixed it very fast. I’ve always try to support local and minority owned and I did for this business , I paid for services that couldn’t be done and also bought an iPhone as well. Was going to purchase a second phone for my kid and he offered another iPhone but I told him I didn’t want to spend that much as it’s for a kid he said ok, great. You have been a great customer I’ll find you something else and get back to you within 2 days, I promise! I waited over a week and called back. He was super short with me and said that he had some personal stuff going and said yes I have the iPhone . I told him no remember you told me you’d find another phone and get back to me- he interrupts me and says “ I don’t think I’m the right sale place for you! Wow is this how you treat a customer that supports your small business. Super disappointed how unprofessional someone can be!
