Tim Hortons - Barrie

The blueberry fritter was delicious. The coffee is always the best and fresh, making for a happy morning.

I have been coming to this location for 6 months now and the staff is consistently rude. I keep hoping that things will improve, but it never does. I wonder if they are treated poorly by management or just unhappy in general. On my last visit, I tried to redeem my points for a fruit quencher at the drive-thru. When I told them my order, they asked what size I wanted. I requested a large, but when I got to the window, neither employee knew how to process the points redemption. I ended up having to pay for the drink without using my points. It would be helpful if the employees were trained on how the reward system works. What's the point of having rewards if you can't redeem them?

The drive-thru at this restaurant has excellent day staff who always make my coffee perfectly. However, the night staff constantly changes and is terrible at making coffee. They always fill my cup to the top, causing it to spill every time. Tonight, it almost seemed like the night staff purposely overfilled my cup.

I had a bad double double coffee today , it was not having the usual taste. It made me lose interest on double double which was my favourite daily go to cofee

Went into the store with my child due to him craving a donut and the shelves were empty. There were muffins and etc. So I had to go the another location. Its a shame cause this is my favorite tims in barrie and everything is always like 6/5 stars.After waiting for a few mins to ask someone I ended up leaving, sorry.
