In my recent attempts to order takeout at the restaurant, I found myself being ignored for 15 minutes by the employees at the counter. They seemed too preoccupied with fulfilling online orders to notice me standing there. This was quite disheartening as this used to be my favorite pizza place in Barrie, and I have always been a loyal customer. I am disappointed that I could not even be served due to their focus on online orders.

I ordered food from their website and requested a specific pick-up time, however they ignored my request and prepared the order immediately. There were no apologies or price reductions, even though they acknowledged the mistake. The pizza was not worth the trash can.

I ordered a pizza with extra cheese for pick-up at a specific time on their website. When I arrived, the staff member at the counter said it had been ready for a while. I mentioned the time I requested for the order, and he only then acknowledged it with a casual "oh yeah". I paid full price for a dry pizza, and if that was the extra cheese, I shudder to think what the regular cheese would be like. I will not be returning to this restaurant again.

Offers are super and delicious eating there is pizza size big!

Best pizza place in the town. I do delivery job as well and the staff is always friends and cooperative. I’ve seen some other delivery drivers being rude with staff and I didn’t like it so I specifically writing review to let everyone know that people who are working are really nice.Best place for late night snacks
