Penn Station East Coast Subs

Food WAY overpriced. Regular sandwich, large sandwich, small fries, large fries and 1 regular drink cost $40. Food is good but not that good. Girls were not wearing gloves or washed their hands after sweeping the floor and cashier doesn’t brush her teeth. Totally gross and dirty workers. Bad review for not having better oversight over their workers.

Mr subs jacked up prices and no longer accept coupons. Glad I found this great alternative that tastes way better!

I was triple charged to my credit card over two weeks ago. And these idiots still have not refunded my money.I guess business is so bad that they are trying to make extra money off what customers they do have that come thru the door.

My daughter and me Love the food here.We both got subs, they were full of meat, toppings and sauce, cooked to perfection.The lemonade is so tasty!We love the staff; so welcoming, courteous and friendly, thet do such a great job!

I went to penn station for the last time. It took for ever to get it order taken. Then the sandwiches weren’t served at the same time. The smallest child was served then the parents were served the sandwiches were a mess. Last the oldest child was served. I went to order another sandwich for the youngest because he was still hungry. I almost fell with all the water on the floor. I wouldn’t call it mopping it was like they just dumped water on the floor. Jen I got to the station to order, the guy wouldn’t wait on me. He was cleaning the slicer. I just returned to my table told my family let’s go I would go elsewhere to get him a sandwich. This was undoubtedly the worse dining experience I have had.
