El Jimador - Bardstown

El Jimador is the best restaurant in town! Their guacamole is absolutely amazing, and the spinach, shrimp, and cheese quesadilla is out of this world! The waitstaff is friendly, quick, and always eager to share a laugh while being very polite. If you visit often, you'll find that the staff knows you by name. The atmosphere is consistently upbeat, cheerful, and inviting. And have I mentioned that their chips and salsa are affectionately referred to as "Big Mac"? Plus, their sweet tea is heavenly! You definitely need to check this place out; your experience will be unforgettable! Kudos to you, El Jimador!

Absolutely the best Mexican food around! I won't dine at any other Mexican restaurant. They also serve the finest chips and salsa, along with fantastic mixed drinks! We go there at least once a week. Great food and excellent service!

We come to this place every Friday and sometimes even Saturday, fast service and food is always good.
