This was the best service we have had at any Red Lobster. Nikki was wonderful and such a sweet soul! We will visit again next time we are down this way.

I had stopped patronizing this location. On July 30th , I found myself at this location on Washington Road in Augusta Georgia at 9:23 PM I was able to get my takeout of a crab meal and a trout meal. It was late and they still waited on me. My take out order was no problem for them . Shout out to Tia and Terry for their excellent service and wonderful hospitality.

Bug crawled across my table. Very unsanitary. Environment could have been healthier!

Food was either over cooked or under cooked. Waited over and hour for our dinner to even come out.
