Cook Out - Augusta

One of the worst customer service I've ever seen. Every employee he has is rude and dismayable. Yesterday evening I went and after I had to stand in the window for 15 minutes, the cashier told me that I had to go through the ride thru when I did it and finally came to the speaker to give my order, another cashier told me to go to the window. I'm going back and then he tells me they don't cook anything but fried food. No milkshakes, no burgers. I don't want to cook at this point anymore.

Always out of food. They once cut a patty in half, stacked the halves and served me as a double. About 30 minutes ago, they told me they had fried food. I asked for fried chicken strips, and they didn't. This place is terrible!

There are no words to describe how I feel about Cook Out. When Floridian changed my life. Late night hush puppies just beat differently. Where was that all my life? Thank you. Kitchen For the late night fried food to calm my soul. PS: Plz build a Cook Out in Florida xoxo

I enjoyed cooking food so much and I am a big fan of cooking dishes and their delicious shakes. However, I am not so much at the end of their service, because it always seems to be someone on this intercom who takes orders that do not seem so happy with their position or something because they have terrible attitudes and are very rude. Although cooking has wonderful food and a decent price, although they go to their prices the service lacks customer upgrade and that changes the whole atmosphere and can make your experience very unpleasant. I suggest that cooking is better with their setting process because they seem to put the wrong people in the past year order position if you are not a customer service person or person who likes to help customers and like to talk and treat with people, you should not be in a position like that. The people who do not like to serve others need to be placed in the back-cooking so that we do not see anywhere where they do not belong anywhere where they do not talk to customers nobody wants to have experience when they have an rude employee who seems unhappy with their position. I mean, if you're happy with your position, maybe you should change working fields. But overall cooking has great food at a great price for most.

I was speechless when I got to the drive through window and was told my order was paid for by the driver ahead of me.
