Chick-fil-a - Augusta

7/20 130ish Today was no pleasant experience at Chick-fil-A. There were many people who were busy with what seemed to be nothing. It literally took 20 minutes 30 minutes at noon to get my food just 5 minutes to enjoy it. the only person who made this review three instead of a two was Beverly J, the only one who asked a true smile on her face whether everything was okay. Also I get the app is really convenient to skip the line, but again when you wait for a while it has annoyed. Especially when nobody recognizes the mess. I saw some managers running around who didn't even want to help.

I had the new nuggets and they were fresh, hot and juicy (not dry). Tastefully the wild honey mustard diving sauce.

4.5 stars. Hiring better people with friendly attitudes. Breakfast food and iced coffee was delicious.

This is the one inside of university hospital, It's currently not open, at least not visitors. From what I remember the food in the jointed restaurant is much better. The chickfila side food is already prepared and sitting out for a quick grab. The other place is cooked to order.

Great Service and Great Food! They are reliable when it comes to their quality of food and pleasant employees. Even with long drive thru lines, I can trust that my wait will be short and sweet! Greatly appreciated!
