Bojangles' Restaurant - Augusta

It took FOREVER to get a simple salad. It was chaotic and they were unorganized. They kept doing orders of people that had put in their order after me. Even when they had larger and more complicated orders with several sides than my grilled chicken salad(no sides! . It was my first time to Bojangles and I was very disappointed.

?Janise? was the Drive thru lady that helped me.. ONE OF THE FRIENDLIEST EMPLOYEES I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED @A BOJANGLES!! She said ?Good Morn, Smiled, OmgNess My ORDER WAS CORRECT!! Bojangles in Martinez Ga (30901) is the way to go in the morning!!

My fist choice they were out of (beefsteak). The ham in the sandwich I ordered was so thin it could almost be tasted. They have decided to cut proportions while raising prices. I consider this a rip off and an insult. Bojangles is off my restaurant list.

I always love bojangles, especially when the food is fresh. I ordered my usual Cajun filet biscuit and my wife got the sausage link biscuit. Even though they were busy the line moved fast and the food was hot and fresh!!!

For this restaurant they are the most beautiful and fastest fast food restaurant I have ever visited. The staff there are great that they are always happy to see me when I get through the drive-thru they remember who I am they know my order I will never go to another bojangles I love these people here.
