Arby's - Augusta

People who work here always incredibly nice. I?ve been to the drive through quite a few times now and I always get served by different people, and they are always super nice and good at their job. Y

I usually like this location. I have always got good food whenever I went there. I got the mozzarella sticks as I have in the past. However, this time they were not made fresh like they usually do. The cheese outside is usually crisp the cheese ismelty, not this time they were not hot and the cheese like a piece of cold string cheese. I also tried the new fish strips, notas good as I thought they would be. They smelled fishy and very pricey for what they are, whether you get a la carte' or themeal not a good value. Also, the breading does not taste like hush puppies. And their tarter sauce is not good either, it tastessweet not tangy like it should taste.

The food was served hot and fresh, and the staff were very nice and friendly. They welcomed us as we entered the restaurant and brought our lunch to the table, complete with extra condiments and napkins.

I ordered a roast beef sandwich, but I was surprised to find that the beef was sliced so thin, it tasted more like bologna than roast beef.

I stopped by for a quick visit to try the new fish dish. Unfortunately, it wasn't to my liking, but I must say the customer service was excellent. I'll definitely be sticking with my usual order of Gyro wraps and crinkle fries!
