I've ordered from here like 3 times and i must say don"t waste your time a hot mess veggies was not even good actually !!!!!!!!

The chicken was extremely tender and juicy, falling right off the bones. I highly recommend ordering the peach cobbler with extra crust.

Pros: The food was delicious and served in generous portions. The tall, friendly light-skinned girl provided good service. Cons: The staff was not very welcoming and slightly rude. The wait time for food was long and the portions were small if they were running low on ingredients.

The food and staff at this restaurant are fantastic.

The staff is wonderful, the food selection is great, the portions are more than generous and the taste is like home cooking, which is why I continue to come back when my waistline permits. As Soul Food goes, theirs is the best that I have found in the Houston metropolitan area.
