Mr. Dumpling - Apex

I had the beef in Hot Garlic Sauce accompanied by roasted rice, scallion pancakes, and assorted dumplings. The scallion pancakes were incredibly crispy and delightful! The beef in Hot Garlic Sauce was excellent, with just the right balance of spices mixed with vegetables and tender beef. The dumplings were beautiful and unique, although some of the flavors were a bit unfamiliar for my American palate. The dine-in service was fantastic, with only a few patrons present, which made for a pleasant atmosphere while I enjoyed my meal. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience!

I had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant, which boasted excellent food and impressive presentation. The place was impeccably clean, and my visit right after the lunch rush was pleasant. I ordered the assorted dumplings, lamb with carrots, and eggplants with basil. The dumplings were absolutely delightful—colorful and bursting with flavor. They were a bit too large to eat in one bite, so I had to cut them in half. The eggplants and basil were served in a beautiful black kettle accompanied by a side of rice. While the kettle did a nice job of keeping the broth warm, it was perhaps a bit too hot to handle, making it difficult to fully appreciate the flavors without drowning them with water. The dishes were spicier than I had anticipated, but the temperature of the food hindered my enjoyment slightly. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I look forward to returning to explore more of the menu.

I ordered food from here for the first time, and it was quite good! The dumplings were excellent, and I absolutely loved the honeycomb. The roasted rice and beef dish was enjoyable but not exceptional. The noodles were slightly overcooked, and the rice was a bit dry, but overall, the food was very good. If you decide to take it to go, be sure to grab the sauce before you leave!

I ordered the beef soup in brown sauce. The food was delicious, the noodle soup tasted great. It was the right amount of spice. The service was also great! They were quick to take my order and I didn't even have to wait so long.

I was eating couple day ago, but the restaurant is full omg, we just leaved. than we comeback tonight for general tso CK and some damplings , that’s so amazing , I love it! Also I saw 2 guys making damplings, so cool and wonderful. Good jobs guys! Thanks!!!
