Meat quality absolutely high! They brought us as an entrè of fried meats super juicy and tasty, to follow we took a mixed cutter of dairy and salami, where they put 2 pieces for every type and it was all verally sublime! To conclude we took a mixed grill where there was everything and after the cutting board we managed in 2 people to taste only every piece of the grill, without finishing anything, because we were already overhanging! Super recommended, very familiar and welcoming, the very nice and helpful waiter and also very good chefs, who went out to the room to leave dishes and ask how everything went! Moreover the prices are super in the norm, indeed I really agree so much! !

Michele is a breeder, butcher and, for a few years he has made a braceria. It is one of the very few rural slaughterhouses that breeds animals that slaughter and puts as an essential element of quality the foliage of meat. The animals are bred in the semi-braded state and you can imagine that it means enjoying a steak of Scottona or a roasted lombarda of podolic veal. Do you need to eat little red meat ( once a month? and that time you taste that of Muchele and do the shopping from him: meat, eggs, wine, oil, cheese. It will be a discovery among the pleasant.
