Barranco - Zuerich

Great experience, lovely place and friendly staff, but the dishes were mixed; some great like the pork belly, others nice textures and “interesting” but not necessarily tasty flavors, some were just bad (like chocolate cake, incredibly enough). Glad I went but would not go again.

It came highly recommended and I was looking forward to trying it out, but I would not visit the place again. The terrace is very nice on a summer evening, the service is friendly and professional, however the food can be a hit or a miss. We tried pretty much everything on the menu: the 3 fish based dishes were really nice; the veggie dishes looked great, had some flavoured sauces but all in all average tasting small portions, the pork belly was much too sweet for my taste (others liked it though), the deserts were pretty bad the four of us did not finish one small chocolate cake, it honestly tasted like frozen vomit

Food was excellent, staff super friendly and the location is awesome! Especially in Summer when you can sit outside. Recommend! Bring some friends and order the whole menu, it’s sooo worth it
